Return & Refund Policy for InspiraArt Designs

At InspiraArt Designs, your satisfaction is our priority. We work with Printify to fulfill your orders and ensure the highest quality products. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read our policy below for details.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Product: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error.
- Incorrect Item: If you receive the wrong item or size that does not match your order.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or preference.
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer (please refer to the size guide before ordering).
- Custom or personalized items, unless there is a defect.
2. Reporting an Issue
- If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at inspiraartdesigns@gmail.com.
- Include the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will offer:
- A replacement of the same item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).
In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item. We may ask for photos of the issue to expedite the process.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at inspiraartdesigns@gmail.com.
- We will send the correct item or the missing part of your order at no additional charge.
5. Refunds
- If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
6. Cancellations and Order Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is already in production and cannot be modified.
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at inspiraartdesigns@gmail.com.
7. Return Shipping
- In most cases, you will not be required to return the product. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
8. Personalized and Custom Items
- Personalized and custom products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a defect or printing error.
- Please double-check all details (e.g., text, images, and customization options) before placing your order.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first for assistance.
- If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at inspiraartdesigns@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
