  • InspiraArt Designs is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred on your shipment. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays) may impact delivery times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at inspiraartdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  • For lost packages, please allow up to 30 days from the shipping date for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders before reporting the issue. We will work with Printify to resolve any issues.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
